A Lead Consultant is responsible for helping and mentoring systems developers on the project and provides technical direction and tool assessment. Consultant - Systems developers produce solutions to business problems and integrate these solutions into existing systems or create new ones. Business Analyst - A Consultant or Business Analyst thoroughly learns business procedures and gathers systems requirements to relay from the client back to the development team. Systems Analyst - A Systems Analyst takes business procedures and systems requirements and interprets them into functioning systems development documentation for the development team.
